It's the most wonderful time of the year! Yes, that is right. It's time for UGASports predictions on the early signing period and the transfer portal for the Georgia Bulldogs.

In this episode of RUMORS vs. FACTS, Jed May, Trent Smallwood, and I went live on the UGASports YouTube channel on Monday night and discussed all of the latest information on the Class of 2023. Both high school prospects and the portal. 

There are five main predictions made in the show, and Vault questions were answered as always.

RUMORS vs FACTS: Jadon Perlotte Interview and Portal, 2023 Target Updates

UGASports RUMORS vs. FACTS, presented by Turner, Wood, & Smith Insurance and Auto-Owners, was live on Monday evening at 8:00 PM EST discussing all things Georgia football recruiting.

The show started with a sit down with new Georgia Bulldog commitment and Class of 2025 four-star linebacker Jadon Perlotte. Perlotte discusses what led him to commit to Georgia so early, what remains ahead of him for the rest of his high school career, his relationship with Georgia's staff, and what Buford teammates he's attempting to bring with him to be Bulldogs. 

The UGASports recruiting staff gives updates on the transfer portal, including top wide receiver target Rara Thomas and potential running back target MarShawn Llyod. Also, the official visits from this past weekend of Jordan Hall and Kyron Jones were discussed, along with the latest on five-star edge defender Damon Wilson. Finally, questions from the loyal members of the UGASports Vault were answered as always.

Jim Donnan, Radi Nabulsi, and Dayne Young recap a packed seasons of honors for Georgia. The team is SEC champions and the top seed in the College Football Playoff. Stetson Bennett is a finalist for the Heisman Trophy. And, the Bulldogs have a semifinal matchup coming against Ohio State.

UGASports RUMORS vs. FACTS, presented by Turner, Wood, & Smith Insurance in cooperation with Auto-Owners, was live last night. The latest episode of RVF was loaded with Georgia recruiting information. So much ground was covered.

- The Transfer Portal is open. What are Georgia's needs? Who are they after?

- Five-Star outside linebacker/defensive end Samuel M'Pemba committed to Georgia over the weekend. 

- Georgia flipped 2023 offensive tackle Jamal Meriweather from UCF.

- Coaches are on the road doing in-home visits, trying to add more members to the Class of 2023.
